4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before shipment. 5. No Refunds: All Sales Final
Due to the research-grade, temperature-sensitive, and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the Refund Policy and accept its terms.
6. Prohibition on Chargebacks
- By completing a purchase on this site, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor for any transaction with HelixPure except in the specific circumstance of documented unauthorized use of your payment method by a third party.
- A chargeback is not an appropriate or authorized substitute for contacting HelixPure directly to resolve a legitimate order issue. We maintain full records of all transactions, including order confirmations, shipment tracking, delivery confirmations, Certificate of Analysis documentation, and customer communications, and we will submit this documentation in full to oppose any chargeback filed in violation of this agreement.
- If you have a concern about an order, you agree to contact HelixPure support at helixpurepeptides@gmail.com before initiating any payment dispute. We commit to responding to all support inquiries within two (2) business days.
- If a chargeback is filed in violation of this provision, HelixPure reserves the right to: (a) report the incident to applicable fraud databases; (b) permanently suspend your account and refuse future orders; (c) seek recovery of the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees, administrative costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in defending the dispute; and (d) pursue all available remedies under applicable law.
- You acknowledge that initiating a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback may constitute fraud, breach of contract, or unjust enrichment under applicable law, and that HelixPure may pursue civil remedies accordingly.
7. Binding Arbitration and Waiver of Class Action
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.
- Agreement to Arbitrate: You and HelixPure agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, your order, any payment transaction, or your use of this website shall be resolved exclusively through final, binding arbitration, rather than in court.
- Arbitration Rules: Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The AAA rules are available at www.adr.org.
- Seat and Location: The seat of arbitration shall be the state in which HelixPure maintains its principal place of business. For claims of $10,000 or less, you may elect to conduct arbitration by telephone, video conference, or written submission.
- Arbitration Costs: Filing fees and arbitrator compensation shall be allocated per AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. HelixPure will pay all AAA fees for claims not exceeding $10,000, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous or in bad faith.
- Class Action Waiver: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND HELIXPURE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OF ANY KIND.
- Injunctive Relief Carve-Out: Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
- Opt-Out Right: You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to helixpurepeptides@gmail.com within thirty (30) days of the date you first agreed to these Terms.
8. Governing Law
Except as provided in Section 7, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which HelixPure is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Enforcement and Remedies
- HelixPure reserves the right to enforce these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
- In the event of a breach of Section 6 or any other material provision, HelixPure may seek monetary damages, injunctive relief, recovery of attorneys' fees, and any other available remedy.
- Failure by HelixPure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of HelixPure and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability

14. Indemnity Waiver Agreement

- Any use of products outside of their intended lawful research purpose, including but not limited to human or animal consumption or application;
- Any injury, harm, or damage to yourself or any third party resulting from your possession, handling, storage, or use of any product;

- Any claim that your use of HelixPure products caused harm to a third party.
You acknowledge and agree that HelixPure Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your purchase or use of any product, even if HelixPure has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This indemnity and waiver of liability is a material condition of your access to this site and your ability to purchase products. If you do not agree to this waiver, you must not register, access this site, or purchase any products.
This indemnity obligation shall survive the termination of your account or your cessation of use of this website.
