Every product we ship is backed by a third-party Certificate of Analysis confirming identity, purity, and concentration, because your research depends on it. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the specialized nature of research-grade biochemical compounds, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any standard circumstances. This policy exists not as a limitation on our service, but as a necessary safeguard: research peptides are highly sensitive materials that require precise storage and handling conditions. Once a product leaves our facility in a verified, sealed, and lab-certified state, we cannot guarantee the integrity of a returned item or ensure it has been stored appropriately outside of our controlled environment.

Our Quality Commitment: Certificate of Analysis

• Every single batch of HelixPure product is independently tested by a certified third-party laboratory before it is offered for sale.
• Each Certificate of Analysis (CoA) confirms the compound's molecular identity via HPLC and mass spectrometry, purity levels (minimum 99%+ on all standard products), and concentration accuracy.
• CoAs are available on request for any product at any time. Simply contact us with your order number and we will provide the corresponding lab documentation.
• We do not ship any batch that fails to meet our purity and identity standards. If a batch does not pass, it is rejected and destroyed. It never reaches you.
• This rigorous pre-shipment verification process is the reason we stand behind every order we send and the reason a return-based quality dispute is, in almost all cases, unnecessary.

Exceptions: Shipping Errors and Lab Verification Failures

• If you received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our part, we will send the correct item at no charge. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what was received.
• If you have reason to believe a product does not match its stated specification and can provide third-party lab documentation to support that claim, we will review the matter seriously and work with you toward a resolution.
• We do not accept verbal or anecdotal quality disputes. All exception claims require documentation and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Approved exception cases may result in a replacement shipment at our discretion. Monetary refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

• Research peptides are temperature-sensitive, sterile-manufactured compounds. Chain-of-custody integrity is critical. Once a product has left our facility, we have no way to verify it has been stored, handled, or transported in a manner consistent with its required specifications.
• Accepting returns would compromise our quality control chain and potentially introduce products of unknown integrity back into our inventory.
• This policy is consistent with industry standards for research chemical and biochemical suppliers and is in place to protect the integrity of your research as much as our own.
• We encourage all customers to review product details, CoA data, and specifications thoroughly before ordering. Our support team is available to answer any pre-purchase questions.

Damaged in Transit

• If your order arrives visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling, please photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening further, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Transit damage claims require photographic evidence submitted to our support team along with your order number.
• Verified transit damage cases will be handled by filing a carrier claim on your behalf and, where appropriate, arranging a replacement shipment at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment queue. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at helixpurepeptides@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard all-sales-final policy applies.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Every order is documented with purchase confirmation, shipment tracking, product CoA records, and delivery confirmation. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we will respond to the dispute with full order documentation. We encourage any customer with a concern to contact us directly. We are responsive and fair, and we would rather resolve an issue directly than through a payment dispute process.
