Final Sale Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Ordering errors

• Unused or unopened products

• Delayed delivery by the carrier

This policy is necessary to maintain product integrity, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Shipping Responsibility

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. Helix Pure is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delays caused by the carrier after shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include:

• Clear photographic evidence of the shipping box and product

Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered.

At Helix Pure’s sole discretion, a replacement may be issued. No refunds will be provided.
